Deadlines

• Deadline for sponsor and exhibitor sign-up is June 30, 2024. Acceptance of applications for sponsors and exhibitors is at the discretion of the organizers. 
• You will be provided with confirmation of your booking, along with deadlines for logos and advertisement in the program book.

Cancellation

• If you need to cancel your sponsorship package, please contact our team immediately by email. A cancellation penalty of 50% of the total charge applies, if written notice is received. A cancellation penalty of 100% applies if received 60 days or less before the first day of the conference.

Payment

• Payment must be made in advance of the conference and is non-refundable according to the above cancellation terms. Sponsors/exhibitors are not entitled to withhold payment of any amounts payable to the organizer in relation to the exhibition or sponsorship package by reason of any dispute or claim by the Exhibitor or Sponsor in connection with the exhibition/sponsorship package or otherwise.

Exhibition site

• The exhibition contract constitutes a license to exhibit and not a tenancy. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the exhibition floorplan as necessary in the best interests of the exhibition and to alter the shape, size or position allocated to the exhibitor.
• Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance for the event. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting their materials to and from the exhibition area and setting up and taking down their booth on time, on their own.
