Submitting your Abstract

1. Please create an account in the Converia abstract and registration system (FHNW events).
2. Select the presentation format (oral contribution or poster) and the topic. The scientific committee will make the final decision on the format of your presentation.
3. Include a short bio and photo with your abstract.
4. Please grant permission for publication of the abstract in the conference program.
5. Enter your abstract in text format. Character limit: 2500.
6. Paste up to 3 images into the Word template and upload it.
7. Enter the names and email addresses of co-authors. If you do not wish to formally register each author in the system, please provide it in the abstract (text field).
8.  Please register for the conference after submitting your abstract.

Oral Contributions

There are a limited number of slots available for oral contribution, which will consist of 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Oral contributions will be selected by the Scientific Committee based on scientific merit and interest for the audience.

Poster Contributions and Award

The 3-day poster session will be an important component of the conference. Biointerfaces International Conference 2024 will offer four cash awards of 500 CHF each for the best poster contributions. Posters should be in DIN A0 Format (Height / Höhe: 119 cm, Width / Breite: 84 cm).
